7:15 AM – Sunrise Social Run 🌅 A relaxed 3.5km city loop, all paces welcome, nobody left behind.
7:45 AM – Strength, Stretch & Sweat 💪 Quick community workout to fire up the body.
8:00 AM – After-party, RUN-N-RAVE style 🎶🍳 Beats, breakfast, boogie, with our DJ bringing the energy.
9:00 AM – Showers + coworking 🚿💻
