Sprint & Flo - Running Technique Workshop (Foundations)
Sprint & Flo is a small-group, coach-led running workshop for beginners and runners looking to improve form focused on learning a variety of running drills and mobility exercises for technique.
This 90-minute session will cover:
Running and sprint drills
Technique-focused movement patterns
Agility, coordination and stride work
A short sprint set to bring it all together
The session is suitable whether you’re new to sprinting, running or simply want to improve how you move when you run.
Expect a supportive, inclusive environment with plenty of coaching cues and individual feedback.
Spaces are limited to keep the session personal.
No experience needed.
