The Entreprenista League is a thriving community of 3,700+ women founders from across the country who are building businesses, supporting one another, and showing up for each other, both online and in person, just like this! Local Meetups are one of the many ways our members bring the community to life in their own cities.

She founded Leadership ReFramed to help multi-location businesses turn inconsistent performance into predictable execution through her People-to-Performance Accelerator methodology. Shalonda is deeply passionate about developing overlooked and under-resourced leaders, and extends that commitment through mentorship and philanthropic work focused on women's leadership and youth development in Los Angeles.
Constance Woo is a tax strategist with 20,000+ hours of public accounting experience and the founder of The Tax Renegade, Inc. She specializes in advanced tax planning for business owners, real estate investors, and multi-entity operators, covering S-Corp optimization, pass-through structures, and international reporting. Constance is passionate about helping women founders use tax strategy as a competitive advantage and build wealth the smart, sustainable way.
Jesrina Arshad is a Malaysian-born wellness entrepreneur and founder of PurelyB, a leading natural supplement brand in Southeast Asia. Over the past 11 years, she has been on a mission to transform lives by bringing ancestral Asian healing traditions into modern, accessible daily rituals. She is passionate about empowering women founders and advocating for a more natural, holistic approach to health.
