PACE Seminar는 실리콘밸리에서 활동하는 반도체 및 AI 산업 전문가들을 대상으로 운영되는 Invitation-Only 커뮤니티 세미나입니다.
본 행사는 단순히 참석자 수를 확대하기보다, 각 분야에서 전문성과 경험을 갖춘 참가자들이 한자리에 모여 최신 산업 인사이트를 공유하고 의미 있는 연결과 협력의 기회를 만들어가는 데 목적이 있습니다.
이번 Vol.3에서는 AI와 반도체 설계의 접점에서 새로운 기술을 개발하고 있는 Ricursive Intelligence의 전문가를 초청하여, AI 기반 반도체 설계 기술과 산업의 주요 변화에 대한 관점을 공유합니다.
키노트 이후에는 반도체 산업의 세부 분야별 네트워킹이 이어지며, 유사한 업무와 관심사를 가진 참가자들이 보다 깊이 있는 대화를 나눌 수 있도록 구성될 예정입니다.

Keynote Speaker
Dr. Jiwoo Pak is a Founding Member of Technical Staff at Ricursive Intelligence, an AI startup developing advanced technologies at the intersection of artificial intelligence and chip design.
Prior to joining Ricursive Intelligence, she served as a Software Engineering Director in the Digital & Signoff Group at Cadence Design Systems. She also worked as a Software Engineer at Google, where she contributed to the AlphaChip project.
Dr. Pak holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
About Ricursive Intelligence
Ricursive Intelligence is building next-generation AI technologies for chip design.
Its team brings experience behind research and technologies including AlphaChip (Nature 2021), RL-CCD (DAC Best Paper 2023), Insta (DAC Best Paper 2025), and C3PO (ASP-DAC Best Paper 2026), as well as hands-on experience developing Gemini, Claude, Grok, and TPUs.
