Terms and conditions of the SWISS-AFRICAN BUSINESS DAY 

The SWISS-AFRICAN BUSINESS DAY is organized by the Swiss-African Business Circle (SABC), a business association whose registered office is c/o Africa Unlimited GmbH, Neuengasse 21, 3011 Bern, Switzerland. By submitting the registration to attend the SWISS-AFRICAN BUSINESS DAY you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of SWISS-AFRICAN BUSINESS DAY, in addition to the general terms and conditions for the use of Evenium by attendees. 

1. Pre-registration process The SWISS-AFRICAN BUSINESS DAY addresses itself primarily to CEO`s, members of the Board, business development managers, export managers, investors and representatives of relevant institutions/ Government departments. Confirmation of registration is subject to the availability of places. 

2. Participation fee Participants need to pay SABC the fees specified in the booking form. Payment of your fees must be received in full prior to the event. If payment of your fees in full is not received before the event, SABC may either require such payment as a condition of your entry to the conference or refuse your entry to the event. 

The participation fee includes your participation in the conference and thematic workshops, full documentation, one lunch and one coffee break. 

Prices for each participant are correct at the time of publication. SABC reserves the right to change the prices at any time but changes will not affect registrations which have already been confirmed by the organizers. 

If for any reason beyond its control the organizer has to change the date of the event, transform it into a virtual one or cancel the event, no refund of the participation fee will be granted. 

3. Cancellation policy In case of cancellation by the participant for whatever reason, no refund will be granted by SABC, but substitute delegate can be named (subject to approval by the event organizer). The request for a substitute has to be sent to the organizer as soon as possible. 

4. Data protection Your personal details can exclusively be accessed by the organizers and will not be used for any purpose other than the event. This information is held on a database and may on occasion be made available to third parties for marketing purposes. If you do not wish your details to be passed to a third party, please send an email to the event organizers pb@sabc.ch.

5. Photography, audio and visual material All unauthorised photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited. You consent to filming and sound recording and photography of the event as a delegate and you consent to the use by the organizers of any such recording or photography anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other purposes.

6. Indemnity If for any reason SABC decides to amend this event, we are not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Should for any reason outside the control of SABC, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, an outbreak of communicable diseases leading to quarantine or travel restrictions, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, SABC shall endeavour to re-schedule or transformed into a virtual event, but the participant hereby indemnifies and holds SABC harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, which are incurred by the participant. 

7. Refusal of admission, eject from the event SABC may (at its sole discretion) refuse admission to, or eject from the event, any person in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who in the opinion of SABC represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the event. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by the organizers or the venue owners at the conference

The Africa Collective Davos 2026 agenda will include a co-created thematic session with Session Partner Novartis focusing on the themes of health, policy, finance and digital integration.

The panel will examine how innovation in financing, technology and policy can transform Africa's health architecture, enhance health system resilience, and foster connections among healthcare leaders.

Strengthening African Health Architecture: Innovation in Finance, Technology and Policy

This is an invitation-only event, and due to limited space and high demand, participation will be confirmed based on available capacity.
