[ONLINE EDITION] Sunset Nomads YOGA #8 🌅 with Barcelona Digital Nomads (in English)

​Next week's Nomads Yoga will be ONLINE because Carla is traveling to the Canary Islands! ​So instead of taking a BREAK, we decided to try the ONLINE EDITION (we're Digital Nomads so we're used to it anyway). The week after on September 3, we'll be back to the real world :)

​HOW DOES IT WORK ONLINE?

- You will see the ZOOM LINK after you buy your ticket and we'll also send multiple reminders via email.
- You can do it at home, rooftop, balcony, or outdoors, wherever you feel comfortable.
- You will need a phone or laptop with internet connection. We recommend a laptop for a better experience and we recommend wearing wireless headphones.

​​Hi! I'm Carla Ojeda, a yoga therapist from Barcelona, working with people with special body/mind health conditions.

​​I love connecting with people from around the world and that's why I've lived in different countries during my nomadic journey, where I shared my passion for yoga & wellness. I transitioned from working in a corporate setting to making my yoga passion a full time job.

• ​​What can you expect from this session?

​​FitYoga is a combination of Pilates & Vinyasa yoga, where we will work on our strength & flexibility and I will challenge you a bit! The combination of these techniques is an excellent way to enhance your overall health. During the session, we will start with a guided meditation and finish with a face massage with essential oils, you will get addicted!!! :)
