โJoin an internationally recognised Yoga Teacher Training designed for those who wish to become certified yoga teachers or deepen their personal practice.
โDelivered over 10 weekends between October and January, this immersive programme combines traditional yoga teachings with modern anatomy, movement, breathwork and teaching methodology in a supportive learning environment.
โUpon successful completion, graduates will receive a Yadu Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training Certificate from a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS).

โOpen to anyone who wishes to deepen their yoga practice or become a certified yoga teacher, regardless of previous yoga experience.

โPart 1: October โ December 2026 (6 weekends)
โPart 2: January 2027 (4 weekends)

โFridays: 2:30 PM โ 5:30 PM
โSaturdays: 8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM
โSundays: 8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM
โTotal training: 190 contact hours delivered over 10 weekends + 10 hours of Yoga classes
