Syd is the Head Coach & Founder of @sboxtraining, a unique fitness and mindfulness training program. She is an NYC-born and raised athlete, boxer, and certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with more than 11 years of experience. Syd is also the creator of Sbox Training Retreat, a fitness and mindfulness retreat aimed at women's empowerment.
