Whether you run your own business, work in a leadership position, are building a new project, have an entrepreneurial idea — or simply want to surround yourself with inspiring, ambitious women — you’re very welcome. 💛
This is not a formal networking event and definitely not a place for sales pitches.
It’s about sitting around one table, enjoying great food, sharing experiences, talking honestly about the challenges of building and leading, exchanging ideas and discovering potential collaborations — naturally.
💛 Why I’m creating Ladies Who Lead
Hey, I’m Ania. You may know me from my Tantra and spiritual events, retreats or coaching — but there’s another side of my life too.
I’ve been self-employed and building different businesses since 2014. I love the freedom, creativity and excitement of creating my own path — but sometimes, it gets lonely.
There’s no office full of colleagues to exchange ideas with, no team to ask for advice, and not always easy access to peer support.
And as women, we often navigate our own set of challenges — confidence, money, visibility, leadership, balancing ambition with life, and trusting ourselves when we don’t have all the answers.
I wanted to create something I was missing myself: a table of women who understand this world. Women at different stages who can exchange ideas, experiences and support each other.
That’s how Ladies Who Lead was born. 💛
Because building your own path is empowering — but we don’t have to build it alone.
