About the host
Jenny Sauer-Klein specializes in developing dynamic learning experiences that help companies engage their employees and bring their culture to life. She has designed and facilitated programs for companies like Airbnb, Google, and Genentech and trains leaders on the frameworks she has developed over 25 years, facilitating for 100,000s through the Scaling Intimacy School of Experience Design.
She is also the founder and director of The Culture Conference, an invite-only event for business leaders who are committed to building a positive culture in their own organizations and Play on Purpose, a digital learning library of activities that catalyze connection and meaning for groups and teams.
