What Makes Buyers Buy? Buyer Psychology with Greg Wight
What Makes Buyers Buy?
Join us for this insightful webinar and gain valuable insights into what motivates customer behavior, builds trust, and drives purchasing decisions in today's marketplace.
Over the past decade, Shopper1st has studied the consistent patterns that shape purchase behaviour across Categories and Regions, building a quantitative evidence base around eight recurring Shopper Psychology principles. Across hundreds of studies, these principles have shown a measurable relationship to outcomes such as conversion, claim comprehension, findability, and revenue per SKU. What has been most notable is not isolated performance gains, but the repeatability of results when the same principles are applied in different commercial contexts.
Senior leaders have increasingly sought out this work not as a tactical optimization exercise, but as a way to improve the quality and consistency of commercial decision-making. Executive sessions tend to generate strong engagement because they connect behavioural science to the practical realities leaders face: trade-offs, investment allocation, and execution under time pressure. This presentation offers a longitudinal, evidence-based perspective on how deeper Shopper understanding can strengthen organizational capability and commercial performance over time.
