Culture Clash Sessions - Kick-Off

​We are delighted to present to you our latest format: Culture Clash Sessions - Living, working and thriving with 2 + more hearts (German-speaking batch).

​Culture Clash Sessions are self-organized group sessions exclusively for community members. The format was launched by a small group of 2hearts members in 2023. After successfully completing the first round, we decided to open the session to the whole community and encourage our members to come together and host their own sessions.

​In groups of up to 8 participants, our members can share their experiences of growing up with 2 (or more) cultures, the challenges they have faced, and the lessons they have learned along the way.

​The purpose of the sessions is to shed light on the experience of people with a migration background in German society and offer a safe space to exchange with peers and ask for or provide support. The intimate atmosphere of the sessions offers a unique opportunity to open up and share your story.

​Tune in to our joint Kick-Off Session with one of our co-founders, Iskender Dirik, and experience the format firsthand. This zoom event is open for all interested members.

​After the Kick-off, all interested members can sign up to join a Culture Clash group and get the opportunity to host their own session in the coming months. Once the application is closed, all applicants will be randomly divided in groups of 8 and invited to a dedicated Slack channel. The group sessions begin already in May!

​Please note that the Kick-off, as well as all group sessions of this round will be hosted in German. An English-speaking round will also launch soon.
