As we think about what comes next in the world and workplace, we take a “time out” in this authentic and inspiring session by learning how harnessing a deliberate practice of perseverance can enhance resiliency and create positive momentum. In this powerful session, we’ll learn practical tools and connect through relatable personal stories to motivate and re-energize.
This content comes from Kate Tavender, leadership coach, organizational effectiveness consultant and keynote speaker who has worked with hundreds of leaders over her 20+ years in corporate leadership roles and consulting. As a certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator, Kate is also the creator of uplifting resiliency-building content specifically targeted to address the realities faced by today’s professionals.
