COO Forum South Executive Session
This month's will be a traditional COO Forum filled with intensive peer-to-peer learning and networking.
The COO Forum is the professional development home for COOs and Second-in-Command executives since 2004. We recognize the significant role the COO plays as the senior leader responsible for taking the company’s vision and delivering results. Our chapters meet in confidential small peer groups in executive session to dig into the issues that keep you up at night as well discussing topics most important to you in your role, often led by thought leaders.
COO Forum membership includes as follows:
· Members meet virtually each month with other Operations Executives from across the U.S. These small groups are comprised of executives from diverse backgrounds of industry, company size, and experience level.
· The COO Forum Program Industry-Focused Meetings Industry-focused meetings: One-hour sessions are based on industry or special interest. These sessions are facilitated by industry experts.
· Connect with other operations peers by joining our networking opportunities, including our exclusive COOeForum® online member network.
· Meet and network with other Operations Executives through local coffees, socials, and other regional events.
This is a no-cost invitation to participate as a special guest. COO Forum Member: Our membership fees are $3,700 annually and are required before you attend a second meeting.
