Austin ChangeEngine Connect: HR/People, Comms, + TA Leader Dinner

​Join ChangeEngine for an executive dinner where the hardest decision of the night is when to stop eating.

​Conversations at a conference rarely get going in the sessions, so we're setting a table a few steps away. We're gathering a small group of HR/People, Internal Communications, and Talent leaders for an evening away from screens, in a room where we can connect in person.

​We chose this venue intentionally. One of our valued ChangeEngine advisors is Clarice Colòn, Chief People Officer at Fogo de Chão.

​It is also a very good room for a long conversation. Brazilian churrasco is built around gaucho chefs carving cuts at the table until you tell them to stop, which makes for a slower meal and a lot more talking. The building helps, a historic Chestnut Street address with twenty-foot ceilings and French-cut chandeliers. And the Market Table is a full meal in its own right, rotating with the season through things like beet tartare, quinoa tabouleh and crispy chickpea kale salad. Nobody is eating a side dish while everyone else eats dinner.
