Hi, I'm Annie Vovan. 👋
I'm 52, and I started sharing my frustrating perimenopause experience on TikTok because I couldn't believe how many of us were going through this without talking about it.
That turned into Club Peridise — a community for women who refuse the idea that midlife is some kind of crisis.
Club Peridise is already turning ONE.
So I'm throwing us a birthday party.
My goal is very simple: I want you to leave feeling lighter than when you walked in.
COME ALONE. SERIOUSLY.
