Coaches Peer Group with Lauren Wood

​Coaching can be deeply meaningful work, but it can also get lonely. No one to think out loud with, no one holding you to the goals, no one to celebrate your wins with.

We’re piloting a small peer group for full-time coaches at The KINN, a curated cohort who will show up for each other monthly, with real structure behind it. Think round-robin accountability, rotating pair coaching, and a between-session thread to keep momentum going.

​This pilot is free, and space is intentionally limited to 6-8 coaches from our membership.

What to expect:

• ​Monthly sessions, September-December, Mondays 5:30-8pm at The KINN

• ​A consistent small group, you’ll coach and be coached by everyone in the cohort by the end

• ​A private WhatsApp group + shared accountability doc between sessions

• ​Facilitated by Lauren Wood

Full-time, independent coaches who are serious about growing their practice and want real accountability, not just another networking mixer.

​Lauren Wood is an executive coach and facilitator who spent 15 years building and leading customer success teams in hyper-growth environments before coaching became her full-time work.
