Because understanding your patterns and being free from them are two very different things.

This is an invitation into the second.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a map for that shift.
Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, IFS is one of the most evidence-based and spiritually resonant frameworks in modern psychology. Its premise is simple: every part of you - even the ones you’ve been trying to outrun - has a reason for being there. And beneath them is a Self that was never broken.
This evening is experiential. You come here not to talk about it; you come to experience it.
