​About the Speaker

​Jonathan Klingler is a credit risk executive with more than 15 years of experience leading credit risk strategy, decision science, and analytics across consumer finance and fintech. He currently serves as Head of Credit Risk Advisory at Oscilar, working at the intersection of advanced risk technology and lending strategy to help financial institutions use agentic and AI-driven platforms for smarter, faster credit decisions.

​Jonathan has held Chief Risk Officer and Head of Credit Risk positions for over a decade, building risk and analytics functions from the ground up at organizations including Community Choice Financial, Upbound Group, and Momentum Financial Services Group. Earlier in his career, he held risk and analytics roles at Citi and American Express.

​He holds a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Brigham Young University.
