Slovak PRO D.C. — Inaugural Policy & Leaderhip Forum

​Dear friends,

​We are pleased to invite you to the Inaugural Policy & Leadership Forum marking the launch of the Slovak PRO Washington, D.C. Chapter.

​This event represents the beginning of a broader Greater Washington community, a platform designed not only for Slovaks, but for all leaders and businesses connected to Slovakia who seek to engage at a senior level across AI, Life Sciences, Smart Cities, Energy, and other strategic industries.

​Our mission is to build a credible business network that integrates Slovak-related enterprises into the U.S. ecosystem, attracts distinguished speakers, and creates meaningful, high-level networking opportunities around key business topics.

​This forum will set the tone for four dedicated industry learning events in 2026 focused on:

​✦ Smart Cities
​✦ Artificial Intelligence
​✦ Energy

​We are also delighted to share a special highlight: a meetup with Hon. John L. Mica, former Chairman of the Transportation committee of US Congress, who helped to get Slovakia into NATO. The program will be followed by a signature Slovak breakfast prepared by a Michelin-star chef who has just joined the Embassy team - a culinary introduction to the standard of excellence we aim to bring to this community.
