The Dinner Table at French Roast (UWS)
A Piece of Paris on the Upper West Side. A Dinner Table Full of Strangers About to Become Friends.
French Roast has been transporting Upper West Siders to a Parisian café since 1995 — burgundy banquettes, vintage chandeliers, classic French cuisine, and the kind of warmth that keeps neighbors coming back for decades.
We're bringing The Dinner Table to one of NYC's most beloved bistros for the first time. A 3-course family-style French dinner. A glass of wine waiting for you at the door. And a room full of interesting people you haven't met in NYC yet.
This is The Dinner Table — a dinner club with strangers that somehow feels like dinner with friends by the dessert course.
"Far and away, the best group of people I've ever experienced. Welcoming and warm." — NYC Guest
How It Works
You'll arrive at French Roast on Broadway and meet the group you'll be dining with over a complimentary glass of wine. Once everyone's settled into the candlelit dining room, we'll sit down for a 3-course family-style French dinner — with two seat rotations between courses so you meet everyone at the table. Our trained event host facilitates the evening with light conversation prompts to facilitate the rotations. By dessert, you'll have exchanged numbers with people you'll actually want to see again.
Dinner Served Family-Style
Dinner service includes a family-style 3-course dinner for each guest.
Each guest will also receive one complementary glass of wine included with their ticket purchase.
Additional beverages can be purchased throughout the event.

FAQs
What is the general age range of your events?
We encourage guests from all ages and backgrounds to attend our events. Our programming is tailored to anyone looking to meet others.
Generally, we've seen the age range of our events to be between 25-40 years old. That's not to say anyone outside of that range can't attend!
What's the difference between General Admission tickets and Men & Women tickets?
Any ticket purchase gets the same experience, there is no difference.
We've created gendered tickets to ensure a relatively even distribution of guests at our events. GA is open to anyone.
Can I come alone?
Yes, we encourage it! Our goal at The Dinner Table is to create meaningful connections through cuisine and art. Many of our guests leave with new friends at the end of the event.
What is your refund policy?
We understand sometimes things come up, and that's why we offer a full credit to your next event if you cancel ten days before the event
Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
