About the host
Saad became a manager when he was 17 and a senior executive at 29, later scaling a European business to £27m, and leading a global workforce of 200. Saad is now Chief Empathy Officer at Managerkind, creating a workforce that's bold and kind at the same time.
He achieves this by training managers to be strategic, commercial and compassionate. He runs workshops that are more fun with accessible language and frameworks for beginner managers.
He campaigns against the stigma of managers being seen as inferior to leaders, by developing blended superheroes - people who are part manager and part leader!

The Sandbox is a testing ground, an experimental arena, and a space for us to hone our facilitation skills as a community.
