​Female Founders Circle: Women in the Investment Room

​What happens when women founders step into the investment room?

​In this second Female Founder Circle, we’ll explore the realities of raising investment as a woman founder - from accessing investor networks and building credibility to navigating bias, pitching, and negotiation.

​Through facilitated peer discussion and insights from an investor, participants will exchange real experiences, explore what investors look for and the common barriers women face, and identify one practical next step to strengthen their fundraising readiness and negotiating position.

​The session will be co-facilitated by Majd Khalifeh Managing Director at Flow Accelerator, and Managing Partner at Flow Ventures, Reem Qawasmi Venture Partner at Ibtikar Fund, Alaa Fatayer Early-Stage Financing Manager at IPSD, bringing together perspectives from entrepreneurship support, investment, and the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem.

​The session is open to all female founders and women entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on founders from pre-seed to Series A who are navigating fundraising and growth. Participants at all stages are welcome to connect, exchange experiences, and learn from one another.
