Jasmeet Kaur is the founder of Luvira Consulting, a fractional operations and people strategy firm supporting startups and growth-stage companies. She brings experience leading M&A, cross-border expansion, and organizational growth across CPG, consumer tech, community platforms, and hard and deep tech, partnering with founders, VC funds, and private equity firms. Her mission is to bridge the resource gap for women while giving founders practical strategies to grow and scale.
Through Luvira, she supports founders with operations, org design, people strategy, compensation, and performance management, while regularly hosting founder-focused conversations designed to deliver actionable insights. Her work focuses on helping founders build the operational and people foundations needed to grow, scale, and navigate the challenges that come with building a company.
Hania Taduran is a financial advisor with Capstone Partners Financial, where she provides comprehensive wealth management and specializes in working with founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners. She helps clients navigate the financial complexity that comes with building and running a company, including retirement plan design for entrepreneurs, tax planning strategies, investment management, and estate planning strategies.
Before entering financial advisory, Hania operated inside fast-paced healthcare and telehealth startups, working across business operations, investor relations, and strategic partnerships alongside founders, CEOs, and leadership teams. That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of how growth decisions get made and what it takes to lead through uncertainty. She also holds a master's in clinical psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University, a background that shapes how she approaches money. Financial decisions are rarely purely analytical, and Hania brings a deep understanding of how entrepreneurs think about risk, decision-making, and long-term planning. A founder herself, she started Breaking Barriers, a nonprofit advancing mental health awareness in athletics.
