Rise & Shine: Friday Morning Yoga
Let’s celebrate the best day of the week with a nourishing vinyasa flow yoga and meditation. The way we start our morning can make or break the rest of the day. So, let’s gather in community at the beautiful space at the kinn and move & breath together.
This class has been curated for all levels, so everyone is welcomed and variations will be provided for different levels.
