Erica Mesirov is the founder of Joy At The Top, offering corporate wellness programs as well as leadership coaching. She is also a former actress with a strong background in improvisational theater. She combines improvisation with other modalities like NLP and mindset work to help people reconnect with their own sense of innovation.
