Geo Hanzlik serves as a strategic thought partner, executive coach, organizational psychologist, and team performance coach to founders, investors, and CEOs at both startup and enterprise level companies. After a decade as a clinical psychotherapist, he began coaching founders at Techstars in Boulder in 2013. He has since worked with startup CEOs, Fortune 500 executives, Olympic athletes, family offices, and celebrated artists. He works at the human level of emotions, psychology, and spirituality, while simultaneously working closely with clients in running their companies in regards to strategic direction, talent, board management, operating cadence, and more.
