Hashing It Out by HODL
Hashing It Out is a live, fun, and thought-provoking debate on cryptolaw.
Hashing It Out aims to bring together lawyers (both in-house and private practice), policy professionals, investors, founders and students to discuss the legal & policy issues facing the web3 space - both current and future, both existential and practical.
Here’s what you need to know:
The debaters are: Jyotsna Sharma, Arjun Khazanchi, Jaideep Reddy, and Hemant Krishna.
The debate topics are: “Mandatory KYC for both the buy/sell side of every digital asset transaction is good for the growth of the VDA industry” and “Software developers of decentralized protocols should be prohibited by Law from building certain types of decentralized protocols”.
HODL, Hashed, and Hashed Emergent (the teams behind Hashing It Out) strongly believe in open communications and community participation - which is why each debate session will be followed by an open-floor discussion on the debate topics. Why this debate? We feel that there is a lot to talk about when it comes to crypto, especially for lawyers. We have put together this debate so that the Indian cryptolaw community can come together, engage in dialogue, and learn from each other.
