About Event

The EU Pay Transparency Directive has a June 2026 transposition deadline and the implementation across Europe is fragmented. Only one member state has fully transposed it. Ireland has signalled delays. The Netherlands has pushed to 2027. And the countries that are moving are each interpreting the requirements differently.

For HR leaders with teams across Europe, there's the compliance question (what do I need to do and when), the reporting question (how do I get my data in order), and a third question that gets far less attention: the people question. What happens when employees see their pay band? How will managers handle pay conversations they've never had? How will leadership respond when a gap analysis reveals something unexpected?
