About Event

Unlock the power of HR analytics with our comprehensive speaker series designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to elevate your strategic decision-making and optimize organizational performance.

Individuals are encouraged to attend all three sessions. You will be provided brief prep materials per session (e.g. a short article) and may have some "homework" to practice skills. The intention is that the course builds on prior concepts so ideally you can make all of the one hour sessions.

Session one: April 3rd, 4-5pm CT
Session two: April 19th, 1-2pm CT
Session three: April 26th, 2-3pm CT

Here's what you can expect from each session:

Session 1: Foundations of HR Analytics with Dr. Shonna Waters

Dr. Waters is an organizational psychologist and technology executive with broad expertise in human capital transformation with over two decades of experience as a university professor, coach, operational leader, researcher & scientist. Her work sits at the intersection of science, scale, and service to bring forth the scientific knowledge around the individual, team, and organizational performance and make it accessible at scale. She has published peer-reviewed journal articles, handbook chapters, magazine and blog articles, as well as over 60 technical reports and presented at over 50 professional conferences. She has been cited in media outlets including CNBC, Fast Company, Axios, and Forbes. She is the author of two award-winning books: The Practical Guide to HR Analytics and The Coaching Shift. She holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational , Psychology and Statistics, a BA in Psychology, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching (Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership).
