HR Analytics Speaker Series (Part 2 of 3)

Individuals are encouraged to attend all three sessions. You will be provided brief prep materials per session (e.g. a short article) and may have some "homework" to practice skills. The intention is that the course builds on prior concepts so ideally you can make all of the one hour sessions.

Session 2: Analyzing HR Data with Julayne Lee
Julayne Lee is the People Data Analyst at FLYR Inc., a travel and transportation tech startup in Los Angeles. Her 6+ years experience in Reporting and Analytics has primarily been in Human Capital in healthcare and retail. In addition, she was head of operations and compliance at a healthtech startup and a recruiter at a Fortune 500 company. Julayne has a B.S. in Mathematics Education and received her MAEd from Hamline University and taught high school mathematics for over ten years. When she's not creating a data visualization, Julayne enjoys hiking, wine tasting and film festivals.
