Han's White Tiger Championship 2026 - Team Forms Competition Registration

​Please register here for the Team Forms competition. Rules & Regulations will be available on the Han's White Tiger website soon.

​There may be multiple teams registered per school. Each teams should be registered by the hosting Tae Kwon Do school only. The fee for competition is $75 per team.

Each member competing in the Team Forms competition MUST be registered to compete in a minimum of one single individual competition event.

All competitors or Legal Guardians are required to complete a Liability Waiver in order to participate in the Han's White Tiger Tae Kwon Do Championship. This is part of the "Terms & Conditions" in the Registration form. If you did not E-Sign the Liability Waiver during registration, please click on the following link to complete it:

​Failure to complete the Liability Waiver will result in disqualification from competition and forfeiture of all paid fees.
