Complete your registration: Fill in your registration details and submit the link to your health or self-care story (required).
Wait for confirmation: Sharing your story and submitting it completes this registration requirement and allows your application to enter the review process. Your place is confirmed only after approval.

Before your screening
An 8-hour fast is required. The medical provider will determine the blood collection method. Please check with the provider in advance about water intake, medication and any health conditions; do not stop or change medication without medical advice.
Bring a valid passport. Present it directly to the medical provider for screening registration. Do not upload passport images or enter passport numbers in the Luma registration form.

Medical & privacy notes
A Luma ticket or QR code confirms an event booking only, not medical suitability.
Health screening is not a medical diagnosis. Raffles Medical independently handles medical registration, informed consent, screening, samples, interpretation and delivery of results. The medical provider handles personal health data and delivers results directly to participants. Event initiators, partners and event staff do not receive individual screening results. Do not submit medical history, test results or identification numbers through the Luma form.
Photography may take place in check-in and public waiting areas. Photography is generally prohibited in medical registration, questionnaire, examination, sampling and results-discussion areas, and of computer screens. Attendance does not constitute consent to promotional use of your image. Please tell event staff if you prefer not to be photographed.
