โ๐ซ About the Event โ A Ceremonial Offering for Women
โAnger is not the problem. Suppression is.
โFor many of us, anger was silenced, shamed, or spiritualized away. Over time, it can turn inward as depression, tension, exhaustion, resentment, or self-doubt. This immersive ceremonial workshop invites women into a safe, guided space to explore anger as life forceโas boundary, truth, and protective wisdom.
โThrough intentional somatic movement, rhythmic drumming, voice activation, and breath mobilization, we gently awaken and release stored emotional energy from the body. This is not about losing controlโit is about reclaiming it. This is not initiationโit is cleansing. A remembering. A return.
โ๐ธ What to Expect
โThis space is consent-based, sovereign, and held with deep care. Together, we will move through:
โNervous system-informed somatic activation
โDrum-led embodied movement
โVocal boundary reclamation (โNOโ as power)
โGuided anger release practices
โWhite Fire ceremony for symbolic transformation
โIntegration and grounding circle
โFellowship and gentle connection
โThis space is consent-based and sovereign. You may step out at any time. This is not therapy, but a ceremonial offering held with care.

โYoga mat & Blanket
โJournal & Pen
โAn Altar Offering: A small object representing letting go or receiving (flower, herb, crystal, or written intention).
