โ€‹๐Ÿ’ซ About the Event โ€” A Ceremonial Offering for Women

โ€‹Anger is not the problem. Suppression is.

โ€‹For many of us, anger was silenced, shamed, or spiritualized away. Over time, it can turn inward as depression, tension, exhaustion, resentment, or self-doubt. This immersive ceremonial workshop invites women into a safe, guided space to explore anger as life forceโ€”as boundary, truth, and protective wisdom.

โ€‹Through intentional somatic movement, rhythmic drumming, voice activation, and breath mobilization, we gently awaken and release stored emotional energy from the body. This is not about losing controlโ€”it is about reclaiming it. This is not initiationโ€”it is cleansing. A remembering. A return.

โ€‹๐ŸŒธ What to Expect

โ€‹This space is consent-based, sovereign, and held with deep care. Together, we will move through:

  • โ€‹Nervous system-informed somatic activation

  • โ€‹Drum-led embodied movement

  • โ€‹Vocal boundary reclamation (โ€œNOโ€ as power)

  • โ€‹Guided anger release practices

  • โ€‹White Fire ceremony for symbolic transformation

  • โ€‹Integration and grounding circle

  • โ€‹Fellowship and gentle connection

โ€‹This space is consent-based and sovereign. You may step out at any time. This is not therapy, but a ceremonial offering held with care.

โ€‹๐Ÿงบ What to Bring

  • โ€‹Yoga mat & Blanket

  • โ€‹Journal & Pen

  • โ€‹An Altar Offering: A small object representing letting go or receiving (flower, herb, crystal, or written intention).
