Intentional Living Lab
A five-week experiment in designing a life that feels aligned, not just productive.
Dates: Wednesdays, September 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30
Time: 2:00–3:30 PM
We schedule regular check-ups for our physical health, dental health, finances, and careers—but when do we intentionally check in on our lives?
The Intentional Living Lab is a five-week experiential cohort designed to help you step out of autopilot and become more intentional about how you're living. Through guided reflection, engaging discussion, and small weekly experiments, you'll gain greater clarity about what truly supports your wellbeing, recognize patterns in your daily life, and begin designing a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
Drawing from occupational science, positive psychology, and adult learning theory, each session introduces practical tools for understanding how your time, energy, relationships, work, and daily habits shape your overall quality of life.
Throughout the five weeks, you'll explore the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, occupational balance, and how you spend your time and energy, identifying personal patterns that contribute to (or detract) from wellbeing, clarifying your values and the person you're becoming, and designing small, meaningful life experiments to intentionally create positive change.
This is not a productivity course or a self-help workshop. It's an opportunity to become a researcher of your own life, approaching growth with curiosity rather than judgment and leaving with a practical framework for making more intentional decisions long after the program ends.
Whether you're navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or simply want to live with greater purpose and alignment, the Intentional Living Lab offers a supportive space to reflect, experiment, and grow alongside a community of curious, thoughtful people.
