Ivory Beats: System Reset

​Join us for an intimate evening of breath work, sonic journey and live music performance in a private home overlooking the High Line. You will be guided through a program intended to ignite a deep reset of your nervous system and an invigoration of your senses through a blend of multi-instrumental collaborations.

​The program will include:

• ​Guided Meditation

• ​Sound Journey

• ​Live Percussion Breathwork

• ​Vocal Toning

• ​Movement

• ​And a Live Performance by Ivory Beats, a piano beatbox duet by Ayaka Matsui and Jonathan Stone.

​The door opens at 6:30pm and programming will start at 6:45pm sharp. There will be light refreshments from our partners including Curious Elixirs and BKE Kombucha.
