11th Jagah Founders' Inner Peace Retreat
Dear Founders,
We invite you to join us for the 11th Jagah Inner Peace Retreat, a space for deep stillness, reflection, and gentle reconnection with yourself. This edition will follow the Metta Vipassana (TWIM) approach, a relaxed and heart-centred form of Metta Vipassana that focuses on loving-kindness, ease, and clarity.
Led by Mr. Prasanna Krishnamoorthy, a teacher at Metta Vipassana Way Centre and Managing Partner at Upekkha, this retreat offers a gentle structure rooted in silence and self-awareness, supported by interactive discourses and meditative guidance.
You will experience a pause from everyday doing - a space where smiling, simplicity, and silence come together to help you return to what really matters. Over two and a half days, we will explore how to sit with the mind kindly, respond to its wanderings with ease, and tap into the stillness within.
If you have been craving space, softness, or clarity, this retreat may be the reset you didn’t know you needed.
