​We all carry stories of conflict that are memorized in our bodies and arise from our past memories, relationships, and especially our childhood upbringing.

​Unfortunately, we often reinforce these stories through our interactions with conflict and then wonder why we struggle to move forward to freedom, empowerment, and joy.

​This workshop aims to take you on a personal journey by helping you identify the behaviors that no longer serve you and by guiding you to envision a new story supporting your wiser and greater self. 😍
