Learning Cluster: My Needs in Conflict (Part 2 of the Series)
This is part two of a two-event series, and you'll need to be able to attend both of them—register for the first one here.
The most fundamental human desire is to be acknowledged, listened to, and understood as individuals.
During conflicts, these needs become more intense, and if not resolved, they can lead to uncontrollable anger and aggression, such as shouting, cursing, and slamming doors. So, how can you control your emotions during these critical moments?
This session focuses on identifying the unique needs that arise during conflicts and provides actionable steps to ensure that these needs are met. This way, you can become an active and empowered participant in conflicts rather than a victim of chaos.
