How I Got Here: Building Multiple Businesses, a Global Career, and a Festival with Louise Holland
It’s your runway; anecdotes of building businesses and making stuff happen
We've launched a brand new event series called 'How I Got Here' - real conversations with real founders, building brilliant businesses and sharing their experiences. These events are like the ultimate coffee morning with the girls; just 12 founders enjoying a coffee and a real insight into how a fellow founder has - and is - smashing it!
Founder of East Midlands Tech Week 2026-2030, Momentum Valley, and Founder of Holland Alexander: this is a conversation you don’t want to miss. Louise Holland has spent 25 years building things that didn't exist before she created them. A global events and communications agency; a festival putting the East Midlands on the tech map; multiple businesses across technology, sport, aviation and media; and a career that has taken her to stages around the world as an international speaker on entrepreneurship and events production.
This is an intimate conversation about what it actually takes to build at that scale: the decisions, the pivots, the failures, and the mindset that keeps her going. If you've ever wondered what it looks like to run multiple businesses simultaneously, invest, and still do work you genuinely love, this one is for you.
