Learning Culture is somewhat of a buzzword. We all want it. Few have it. And many don’t know how to build it.
The reason might be the complexity of it all. Designing, building and nurturing culture is HARD. Takes time. Consistency. Co-design. And lots of trust.
In this workshop, we will take a closed look at for specific shifts L&D can practically and actionably take that foster a learning culture on the long term.
