MDS 9 100M+ Mastermind Dec 2026
This will be one of the most selective founder events MDS has ever hosted.
The MDS 9 Mastermind is being built for the top-performing and fastest-growing brands in our network, bringing together a private room of founders and operators scaling from $100M to $1B+.
Attendance will be heavily curated. Our goal is not just to bring in impressive brands, but to create the right mix of companies, categories, growth stages, and perspectives. We will be thoughtful about minimizing direct competition between brands so the room can stay open, collaborative, and genuinely useful.
This is not a broad networking event. It is a closed-door forum for founders navigating the next level of growth: from $100M brands to multi-hundred-million-dollar companies, and from founder-led businesses to billion-dollar platforms.
The conversation will focus on the real decisions leaders face at this stage: expanding channels, building executive teams, preparing for exits, managing capital, scaling operations, protecting culture, and staying ahead of where commerce is going next.
MDS has hosted over 1,000 events and hundreds of private masterminds, with a focus on creating rooms that generate real value for the people inside them. This forum brings that same high-trust, peer-driven format to the highest level of founder conversation.
The room will be intentionally small and highly selected. Every attendee is expected to contribute, whether through a sharp insight, a challenge they are solving, a strategic perspective, or a short presentation on something currently driving value in their business.
The goal is simple: put exceptional founders together, remove the noise, and create the kind of conversation that rarely happens in public.

Agenda
8:30 AM | Executive Breakfast & Arrival
We’ll begin the day with a hosted breakfast and informal arrivals. This will give attendees time to settle in, meet the room, and start building connections before the formal programming begins.
10:00 AM | Founder Introductions & Room Alignment
We’ll open with structured introductions designed to set the tone for the day. Each attendee will share who they are, the scale of their business, what they are currently focused on, and what they are hoping to get out of the forum.
The expectation is transparency from the start. Come prepared to share real numbers, real challenges, and real opportunities. Leave the ego at the door so the room can operate at the highest possible level.
10:30 AM | Deep-Dive Founder Discussion
We’ll move into moderated deep dives around the most relevant topics for the group. These topics will be shaped by attendee profiles, prior submissions, and the current challenges founders are navigating at this stage of scale.
Potential themes may include channel expansion, retail growth, executive hiring, capital allocation, acquisitions, exits, international expansion, operational complexity, and brand durability.
12:00 PM | Hosted Lunch
A served lunch with continued conversation and relationship-building.
1:00 PM | Attendee-Led #ValueAdd Presentations
Each attendee will be expected to prepare impactful 10 to 15 minute presentation on something currently driving value in their business.
This could be a growth strategy, operational system, channel insight, hiring structure, retail approach, capital strategy, brand-building lesson, or a challenge they want the room to help solve.
The goal is not polished speaking. The goal is useful, honest, high-level exchange.
3:30 PM | Guest Speaker Session
We will bring in a guest speaker highly relevant to the group and the level of companies in the room. This session will be selected based on the final attendee mix and the topics most valuable to the group.
4:00 PM | Cocktail Reception & Closing Discussion
Drinks and bites to close out the day in a more relaxed setting.
5:00 PM | Private Founder Dinner (Separate Registration)
We’ll continue the conversation over a private dinner with confirmed attendees.
Final details will be shared with confirmed attendees closer to the event.
