This private gathering is an invitation to challenge the body with intention while creating space to connect, reset, and recharge in one of Madrid’s most thoughtfully designed boutique studios.
THE EXPERIENCE
Hosted by Mother Euro at AMA Studio in the heart of Madrid, this session introduces the original Lagree Method on the Megaformer, the only studio of its kind in Spain.
Loved in Los Angeles and practiced worldwide, Lagree is a full-body workout that is both high intensity and low impact. Through slow, controlled movements and deep muscle engagement, the class builds strength, endurance, and tone while elevating the heart rate and activating a powerful afterburn effect.
Following the workout, we’ll gather at AMA’s café for connection and recovery. During this time, we’ll also hear from Suprey, a wellness brand focused on functional nutrition, who will guide a short conversation on the importance of protein for women’s health, muscle recovery, hormonal balance, and sustained energy.
Guests will enjoy a protein smoothie experience while learning how to support strength training and daily vitality through intentional nutrition.
As with all Mother Euro gatherings, this morning is about more than movement. It’s about reconnecting with your body, fueling it properly, and connecting with other women in a space that feels energizing and supportive.
