MOLTAK is a culinary studio and community space in the heart of Palma de Mallorca dedicated to celebrating life in the kitchen. Rooted in the joy of cooking together, Moltak invites you into an intimate, hands-on experience where the main ingredients are tradition, laughter, shared stories, and delicious food.
Set inside a beautifully restored 17th-century flour windmill, Moltak brings people together around the kitchen table to explore “classics” of home cooking and the treasured techniques passed down through mothers and grandmothers. This is a place where every recipe carries memory, every dish sparks joy, and every meal becomes a moment to remember — cooked with love, curiosity, and a pinch of adventure. Moltavida!
