Join us Monday, May 25th at 11:00AM for an intimate wellness experience with the MOTHER EURO community at Olimpia. In a season that asks so much of us, we create space to return to the body, to slow down, and to reconnect, both with ourselves and with one another.
THE EXPERIENCE
Hosted at Olimpia (Hortaleza(, this experience is designed as a beautiful balance of movement and restoration. We’ll move through a guided Reformer Pilates class, followed by time in the recovery area, including sauna and cold plunge, allowing the body to reset and the nervous system to soften. The group will move in a split flow, creating a more intimate and personalized experience for each woman, while still sharing the moment together.
As always, this is more than a class. It’s a space to land, to be held, and to connect with women walking similar paths.
THE FLOW
Guests will be split into two groups:
One group will begin with the Reformer Pilates class, while the other starts in the recovery area (sauna and cold plunge), before switching so everyone experiences both.
Afterwards, we’ll take time to connect and be together in a relaxed, unhurried way.

This experience includes physical movement (Reformer Pilates), sauna, and cold plunge exposure. While designed to be supportive and restorative, these activities may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, postpartum, navigating recovery, or have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns (including cardiovascular conditions, sensitivity to heat or cold, or recent procedures), we strongly encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider prior to attending. Please participate only in what feels safe and appropriate for your body. Mother Euro and Olimpia are not medical providers and do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation in all elements of the experience is voluntary. By attending, you accept full responsibility for your physical wellbeing and release Mother Euro, Olimpia, and all facilitators from any liability related to injuries, discomfort, or adverse reactions that may occur before, during, or after the event. This event takes place at an external venue. All guests are expected to follow Olimpia’s guidelines and safety protocols throughout the experience. We may capture light moments from the experience for community and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance.
