Join us on Tuesday, March 3rd for a special Mother Euro reset designed to help you move, restore, and reconnect.
This intimate gathering brings together sculpting movement, contrast therapy, nourishment, and community inside the infrared studio at Six Harmonies. A morning designed to strengthen your body and reset your nervous system alongside other women.
THE EXPERIENCE
Hosted by Six Harmonies x Mother Euro and guided by Lindsay Mazliach, the morning begins with a 50-minute BURN: BARRE class (11:00–11:50).
This low-impact, high-intensity workout is inspired by ballet and pilates. Set to music and powered by infrared heat, the class focuses on precise pulses, sustained holds, and fluid sequences designed to lengthen and sculpt the body while building deep strength and stability.
Following barre, guests will move into a guided contrast therapy experience, alternating between heat and cold in two small-group rounds. Contrast therapy supports circulation, reduces inflammation, boosts recovery, and leaves you feeling clear, energized, and grounded.
Throughout the experience, protein smoothies will be offered, with contrast therapy sessions and smoothie moments alternating to maintain a seamless flow.
This is not just a workout. It’s movement, recovery, nourishment, and meaningful connection woven together.
THE RESET EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
