This recurring gathering brings together movement, warmth, and connection inside the infrared studio at Six Harmonies. A consistent moment in your calendar to pause, reset, and recharge alongside other women navigating full and dynamic lives.
THE EXPERIENCE
This month’s session will be guided by Ana, our core power queen, an American instructor leading the class in English.
Ana’s sculpt yoga class is a powerful experience that blends the fluidity of yoga with strength and cardio elements. Through traditional postures, resistance work, and dynamic sequences, the practice tones and strengthens the body while gently elevating the heart rate.
Set in infrared heat, the environment supports circulation, endurance, and deeper mind-body connection. The warmth encourages you to move with breath and intention while building stability and resilience. You will leave feeling centered, strong, and revitalized.
Before class, we will gather nearby for coffee or smoothies, creating space to connect, share, and settle into the rhythm of the day before moving together.
This is not just a workout.
It is a monthly touchpoint.

THE MONTHLY RESET WITH SIX HARMONIES
Guests will experience:
• A private sculpt-style infrared yoga class guided by Ana (€30 value)
• A core-power inspired practice blending yoga, strength, and dynamic movement
• Post-class private contrast therapy experience with sauna (infrared or Finnish) and handcrafted cold plunge (€60 value)
• A 50-minute self-guided reset designed to support circulation, recovery, and nervous system balance
• Connection time over coffee or smoothies in the Glow Lounge (€10 value)
• A consistent monthly ritual for movement, restoration, and community
