The rose opens in its own time. It doesn't rush, strive, or force what isn't ready. It reminds us that beauty and protection, softness and strength, and openness and boundaries can exist together. What if healing worked the same way?
So much of women's healing journeys involve searching - and that search has its place. But somewhere along the way, many of us lose touch with the intelligence that has always been there.
Through a simple rose ritual and honest conversation, we'll explore the space between medicine and healing. From hormones and chronic illness to ADHD, endometriosis, burnout, and beyond, this evening is an invitation to remember the wisdom already living within you - and to connect with the wisdom others bring from their own health reclamation journeys.
Format: We'll start with rose ritual, sound, movement, & meditation, and then gather in small conversation circles around the issues that matter to us.

What happens when women come together to talk openly about our health - not just through the lens of diagnosis, but through lived experience, community, and collective wisdom?
Women's health is chronically understudied and overlooked, and the medical system rarely offers the answers we're searching for. The deeper knowing has always lived in in our bodies, our cycles, our grief, and our knowing. Women have always been one another's medicine — holding space, witnessing, passing wisdom, truth, and knowledge across kitchen tables and circles for generations. This group is a sacred space for that remembering.
Medicine Women is a space for women to gather and share lived experiences, resources, and wisdom around health, illness, and healing — not to fix or advise, but to witness, support, and learn from one another.

Lauren Korshak, LMFT, is a relationship therapist and founder of Lovewell and The Well. She weaves depth psychology, somatics, nervous system regulation, spirituality, and eco-conscious healing into her work and creating spaces where women can reconnect with each other, their bodies, and their own wisdom.
