Medicine Women
In collaboration with artist, designer, and experience strategist Chao Dou
Women's health is chronically understudied and overlooked, and the medical system rarely offers the answers we're searching for. Women have always been one another's medicine — holding space, witnessing, passing wisdom, truth, and knowledge across kitchen tables and circles for generations. This group is a sacred space to remember that medicine.
This month we're exploring the spiritual meaning of illness in the collective body: what our bodies may be trying to tell us, and what becomes possible when we listen and share collectively.
Medicine Women is a space for women to gather and share lived experiences, resources, and wisdom around health, illness, burnout, and healing — not to fix or advise, but to witness, support, and learn from one another.
The group is open to all women. Come as you are.
Format: Art, meditation, and facilitated sharing circle starting at 5:45, followed by more time to connect with other women and explore shared products and resources (no selling, just exploration and connection).
Lauren Korshak, LMFT, is a relationship therapist and founder of Lovewell and The Well who weaves depth psychology, somatics, nervous system regulation, spirituality, and eco-conscious healing into her work and creating spaces where women can reconnect with each other, their bodies, and their own wisdom.
Chao Dou is an artist, designer, and experience strategist whose practice chaosmos and event series art meets absurdity weave art, movement, and embodied presence into playgrounds where people breathe past the inner critic and reconnect with their body, creativity, and community.
