One Thousand Club is gathering an exclusive group of members for a signature summer ritual: a private pool and dinner experience designed around a timeless theme. Hosted by filmmaker Eva Jakubovska Pérez at her beautiful estate, this afternoon is an intentional playground to shed your city routine, embrace the iconic spirit of the sixties, and connect with a cohort of curious minds.

Moving our signature single-question dialogue from a structured dining room to a sun-drenched poolside layout strips away the usual social armor. By sharing an unhurried afternoon swimming, dining, and reflecting without digital screens, we create the open environment needed to move past superficial introductions and form authentic, lasting community bonds.

​The Toledo Estate: Situated in a peaceful enclave just outside the main rush of Madrid, Eva’s private residence is a masterclass in open-air hospitality. The property seamlessly blends expansive green lawns, mature garden shade, and a crystal-clear private pool area designed for relaxed gatherings. It serves as an intimate urban escape where the physical environment naturally focuses energy outward into the sunshine and inward toward the table.

​17:00 - 18:00: Arrival, estate orientation, welcome cocktails, and the live interactive sushi cooking show by the pool.

​18:00 - 19:30: Afternoon swim, poolside lounge connection, and unplugged yard games.

​19:30 - 21:30: Seated gourmet dinner in the garden, curated mixology, and our hosted ritual group discussion.

​21:30 - 22:30: Dessert pairings, closing reflections, and relaxed twilight wind-down under the stars.

​Mediterranean Gastronomy: A vibrant family-style summer feast celebrating rich coastal flavors, wholesome grilled ingredients, and crisp seasonal salads.

​Mixology Included: White Sangria, signature Piña Coladas, and botanical mocktails infused and garnished with fresh edible flowers, alongside cold Spanish beer and crisp house wine.

​Dietary Accommodations: Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy restrictions will be fully communicated to the chef and accommodated. Please specify your requirements in the registration form.

​Eva Jakubovska Pérez: A Polish-Spanish actress and filmmaker, Eva is celebrated within the community for blending meticulous creative direction with traditional Polish hospitality. Driven by a passion for creating cinematic, intentional experiences, she opens the doors to her home to design environments where members can completely unplug, drop their guard, and experience an authentic feast of flavors.
